Custom ELISA Kits
The presence or absence or amount of the tested antigen or antibody can be indirectly reflected by the colour of the enzyme marker. As one of the immunolabeling technologies, ELISA technology has been widely used in scientific research and clinical experiments and has the characteristics of rapid, qualitative or quantitative or even localization.
BlueGene's customized elisa kits are developed to quantify samples in scientific experiments. The pre-coated antibody could bind to the target proteins in samples and standards thereby immobilizing the bottom of the microplate. After adding the chromogenic reagent to the mark, the required OD values can be read through the microplate reader. The OD value will be proportional to the final concentration you need. This ratio can be delineated by the concentration value and OD of the standard.
