Principle of the Assay

This product is a neutral sample diluent primarily composed of Tris-buffered saline. It is compatible with both the

standards and denaturing diluents included in ELISA kits, and demonstrates broad compatibility with loading and

elution buffers used in Protein L-based purification of therapeutic antibodies (Note: If specific excipients in the

drug formulation may interfere with assay performance, customized optimization is available). This diluent

facilitates the dissociation of antibodyκlight chains from Protein L, enhances the specific affinity interaction

between Protein L and anti-Protein L antibodies, and reduces non-specific adsorption.
